As Apple Mountain transitions into new ownership and a new membership structure, the first 50 members to join receive Founding Charter Member status, 75% off standard initiation pricing, and tiered food & beverage credits on an 18-hole mountain course with 600 feet of elevation change.
Once the Charter 50 fills, initiation pricing increases 4X to standard club rates. Charter Membership availability is limited and not guaranteed until completed paperwork and payment are received.

Annual dues are prorated when joining mid-year. Non-Charter initiation pricing is $3,000 (Senior), $5,000 (Individual), and $7,500 (Family) once the Charter 50 fills. Pricing, dues, cart programs, and F&B credits are subject to change and limited to the first 50 approved memberships.

Priority Access & Transition
Existing 2026 members and passholders may apply their prorated unused membership value toward Charter Membership initiation and prorated annual dues. Some current members can transition into Charter Membership for little to no additional upfront cost.

You have priority access to Charter Membership before it opens to the public. How do the food & beverage credits work?
Charter Members receive a tiered annual F&B credit: $300/yr for Senior ($75/quarter), $600/yr for Individual ($150/quarter), and $1,000/yr for Family ($250/quarter). Credits are issued quarterly on a use-it-or-lose-it basis, so unused credit does not roll over to the next quarter.
Who is covered under a Family membership?
Family membership covers immediate family, spouse and children 18 & under, living in the same household. Charter Family initiation is $1,875 (75% off the $7,500 standard rate) with $5,800 annual dues and a $1,000 annual F&B credit.
What happens after the Charter 50 fills?
Once all 50 Charter Memberships are filled, initiation pricing increases 4X to standard club rates ($3,000 Senior, $5,000 Individual, $7,500 Family), and the Founding Charter benefits, including the 75% initiation discount and the food & beverage credit, are no longer available. Charter availability is limited and not guaranteed until completed paperwork and payment are received. Public daily-fee play remains available to all guests.
